Analyze Manuals
Upload a GOM, training manual, or SOP and Navlyt reads it the way an inspector would.
Text-based PDF manuals are read page by page, and each page is carried into the analysis as its own unit. Nothing is summarised away: the original wording is retained, because the analysis that follows quotes it back verbatim. Every run records how many pages it covered and how much of each it read, and shows you both.

What happens to your manual
One document, start to finish - the same path every upload takes.
1 - Upload
You upload the GOM as a text-based PDF. Navlyt reads it page by page and carries each page into the analysis intact, keeping the original wording. Word files are not supported yet — export to PDF first. Your documents stay inside your operator workspace: access is isolated per operator and enforced at the database layer, not just in the interface.
2 - Mapping
Each procedure is compared against the FAA Part 135 / Part 91 requirement corpus. Where your manual satisfies a requirement, the match is recorded with its regulatory reference - §135.21, §135.293, §91.413 - so coverage is traceable clause by clause rather than asserted as a single percentage.
3 - Findings
Where a requirement is not clearly addressed, Navlyt proposes a finding: the severity, the requirement, and a quotation of the exact manual text involved. That quote is verified against the source document before it is shown - if the words cannot be found verbatim, the citation is withheld and the finding is flagged for review instead. This is the property that makes a finding usable in front of an inspector.
4 - Human review
Findings are proposals until a qualified person accepts or dismisses them. Acceptance is recorded with the reviewer and timestamp; the server owns that attribution, so an audit trail cannot be edited from the browser. Navlyt does not certify compliance and never presents AI output as verified fact.
5 - Corrective action
Accepted findings become corrective actions with an owner and a target date, tracked on the dashboard next to open tasks and document status. A corrective action past its date or without a plan is surfaced as a live exposure, not buried in a list.
6 - Evidence
Findings, corrective actions, document lifecycle, and crew records assemble into exportable PDF evidence reports that you can hand an inspector or consultant. Read-only external access links are on the roadmap, not shipped.
Today this pipeline runs against FAA 14 CFR Part 135 and Part 91. EASA Part-ORO and Transport Canada CARs are on the roadmap - we say so on every page rather than selling them early.
