No. Your operations manual remains your responsibility and official document. Navlyt stores your manuals, maps sections to applicable requirements, and highlights potential coverage gaps so your team can review them faster.

Yes. Navlyt combines a compliance and document operating layer with Navlyt TripDesk for charter quoting and trip management. When a trip is completed, crew duty context can flow into compliance tracking to reduce duplicate data entry.

Yes. Navlyt offers a 14-day free trial with full feature access for your selected plan. Most operators can generate their first compliance gap review during onboarding.

Most operators complete initial setup in under two hours. The onboarding flow covers aircraft, crew, jurisdiction selection, and manual upload. Complex operations can use concierge onboarding support.

Yes. Navlyt is fully responsive for tablet and mobile browser access. Directors of Operations generally use desktop for detailed compliance management, while crew often use mobile for schedule and status checks.

The document, evidence and corrective-action workflow itself is regulation-agnostic, so operators outside the FAA framework can still use it for their own requirement sets.

No. Navlyt is a record-keeping and tracking platform. It helps organize requirements and evidence but does not provide legal advice or final compliance determinations for your specific operation.

During setup you define certificate type, aircraft context, and operational scope. Navlyt uses these attributes to present relevant requirement sets, which your team can review and adjust.

Part 121 generally governs scheduled airline operations, while Part 135 governs on-demand and commuter charter operations. Each has different requirements and operating assumptions.

Navlyt tracks regulatory publication updates and flags likely impacts by operator profile. Teams can convert high-impact updates into assigned compliance tasks with deadlines.

Navlyt uses fleet-based subscription pricing with tiers for growing operator sizes. Annual billing options and enterprise plans are available for larger fleets.

No. Pricing is primarily fleet-based. Each plan includes user allowances, and higher plans support larger team access without per-seat complexity.

Yes. Navlyt includes role-based access control with configurable permissions for operations leadership, pilots, maintenance users, and read-only viewers.

Not today. Navlyt has no maintenance-system integration and no CSV import or export yet. If you need records from an MRO system in Navlyt, tell us which one — connectors get built in the order operators ask for them.

Not in bulk yet. Aircraft, crew and task records are added in the app, and manuals are uploaded one at a time as PDF, TXT or Markdown. There is no CSV import today, so if you are moving a large library, talk to us before you start.

Not yet. A public API is on the roadmap and no tier includes one today. If you need to integrate scheduling, MRO or another operational system, tell us what you need to move and we will tell you honestly whether and when we can support it.

Yes, for a few things: team invites, trial and account notices, and a monthly compliance summary for operator admins that includes overdue tasks. Navlyt does not yet send real-time alerts for individual deadlines, regulatory updates or trips.
