Delete your Navlyt account
You can delete your account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data. See also our Privacy Policy.
Delete in the mobile app
Open Navlyt on iPhone or Android, go to More → Account & privacy, and tap Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
Request deletion by email
Email support@navlyt.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request comes from the account owner and respond within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your login and personal profile, and any push-notification tokens for your devices. If you are the only member of your organization, the organization is deleted with you: its documents and stored files, compliance tasks, AI findings and corrective actions, aircraft and crew records, and its subscription is cancelled.
What stays with your organization
If other people still belong to your organization, its records remain available to them. Items you created stay in the organization's records but are no longer linked to you. If you are the only administrator of an organization that still has other members, make someone else an administrator first.
Keep the records you are required to retain
Operators are responsible for keeping records that aviation regulations require them to retain. Administrators can export organization data from the app (More → Account & privacy → Export organization data) before deleting.
